Redwall Abbey, the tranquil home of a civilized community of mice, slumbers peacefully in the warmth of a summer afternoon. But not for long. Cluny is coming. The terrifying, one-eyed rat warlord with his battle-scarred horde -- veterans of many brutal campaigns. Cluny wants Redwall. And nothing, he vows, is going to stand in his way. Certainly not a load of peace-loving, disorganized mice and woodland creatures.
