Ramirez was dubbed the "Night Stalker" as he terrorized California with a series of car and home abductions, rapes and murders during 1985. Handwritten letter talks about how someone is impersonating him on the internet and how there are no computers in jail so it was not him. Comes with the originial mailing envelope.
